國民隊30歲的老鳥Clint Robinson台北時間4日對巨人隊之戰，7局下轟出2分砲（本季第4轟），一棒定江山，終場國民就以2比1擊敗巨人。

2007年Clint Robinson加入了皇家隊，直到2012年才有機會上大聯盟，2013年他轉投效藍鳥隊，去年轉投效道奇隊，這麼多年來，他大都在小聯盟打拚，僅在大聯盟出賽了13場。

今年Robinson轉投效國民隊，也僅是受邀參加大聯盟春訓，不過他用優異的表現，擠進了開季的25人名單，但大都是代打上場，直到最近 Ryan Zimmerman受傷，Robinson才有了固定先發守一壘的機會，包括今天7局下的決勝2分彈，Robinson近21戰轟了4支全壘打，打擊率2成90、12分打點，是很亮眼的成績。

Clint Robinson的全壘打，讓國民隊先發投手Gio González拿到勝投（6勝4敗），他先發7局被擊出5支安打，包括巨人隊Buster Posey在7局上轟出的陽春彈（本季第14轟），失1分，三振6次、沒保送；巨人隊Jake Peavy先發6.1局失2分，吞敗投（0勝3敗）。
